POSITION: Bob and his twin brother Bill
are owners of American Equity. However, Bob leave
the running of the business to his staff. Bob's
focus is in serving his clients and his specialty
is procuring the very best financing with a variety
of programs to offer. Specialties include, no holds
barred best fixed rate loans available, interim
fixed and variables. His specialties include "no
income qualifier" loans and loans for those without
an income. These loans can often be obtained with
little or no paperwork and without any additional
cost. In addition, Bob has a great deal of experience

NAME: David Aucella,

POSITION: Broker/Head Underwriter: David
is a superb broker in his own right with over 44
million in closed loans, but his primary position
is that of head underwriter for the firm. Heading
up the underwriting department, David and his staff
personally pre-underwrote each and every file that
was submitted by the firm (approximately, 547 million
dollars since 1991). According to David, pre-underwriting
is the key in obtaining the very best financing
possible. With each and every file passing a rigorous
series of tests, these files are perfected to insure
a successful and timely closing. It is a common
practice of American Equity to submit these "bullet
proof" files to several lenders and actually have
them bid for the right to fund your loan at the
best rate possible. Additionally, David believes
in a "hands on approach" to management. His other
responsibilities include: Supervision of junior
processors, implementation and management of the
computer network used for processing, communications
and , day to day operations. This approach has lead
to a successful closing rate of over 98% of all
the loan packages that went through our system since
1991.
